As I kick back under a bright autumn moon a frosty wind howls outside my window reminding me it's time to choose between fashion and function. Yes ladies, it's that time of year again. A time when a girl is forced to choose between staying warm or looking hot! Will it be turtlenecks, wool socks and long underwear or high heeled boots with a peacoat and colorful scarf?
I don't know about you, but I've actually got both! However, I much prefer the more feminine fashionista approach even though I generally freeze my toosh off ;)

The nearest location for me and my possy of girls would be to head to Niagara Falls, New York which is the perfect destination for an overnight trip!....I confess, I'm addicted to coats, jackets, footwear and accessories in any season but, even more so in the winter because it tends to become like a whole other outfit. Does that make sense?
If I could go to the outlet store for this year's fashions I'd aim for another purse or two, a scarf or three, well, a half dozen maybe along with some cute hats, leggings and jewelry. Oh and boots, I love boots! No, not the flat practical ones, I love the high heeled leather or suede boots with lace ups or zippers. And jackets, well, 'they' (meaning more than one) could be long, short and shorter, fitted, black, check pattern and ski bunny style which means I'd need another type of boot... ;) yada yada ahhh, shopping, gotta love it!
