Meet a Sassy Femme Blogger into Bewbs & Mewbs!

So, I'm cruising along on the internet and come across this blog by a sassy chic who sounds a bit like myself therefore, I must read on ;) Her 'say it like it is' attitude even kept me intrigued enough that here I am writing about her!

This serve it up straight 'Sarcastic Mom' and her blog entitled 'i am lotus' are definitely worth checking out. Right now she's running a fun contest and you qualify if have a set of either bewbs or mewbs! You know tata's, schmeebs, guns, the girls, bad boys, mosquito bites or man boobs, chest...?

Visit this now declared saucy and sassy Sarcastic Mom for a tasteful peek behind her blouse (and others)!! She has the confidence to show off her 'bewbs' for Bewb Fest 2010 and encourages her readers to as well, do you? ...you go girl/s!!

Tastefully done, why not? It's a fantastic way to encourage women to be proud of themselves plus funds generated by her site are being shared with cancer survivors and activists. With a touch of class and of course loving the 'always leave something to the imagination' concept, this may even be up my alley...maybe?!!

Sarcastic Mommy at Bewb Fest 2010 headquarters is accepting bewb and mewb pic's for this years contest until July 10, 2010. You can also visit the Sarcastic Mommy at i am lotus and pssst, let me know if you enter!

Here are some examples of hot and not mewbs, which do you prefer?

Aging; Illusions & Analogies

If I was a car, at the age of 40, I'd be considered a 'classic' soon to be antique. As a human, I encroach upon 'senile old bat' or 'dinosaur' then 'relic' or 'fossil', are there no other options?

...fine, so we don't grow mold and become desirable like cheese (well, some people grow some pretty funky stuff on their body but I'm quite sure it's not desirable). Nor do we ferment like fine wine that costs more to cork than my mortgage payment. But alas, don't fret my pet, the grape is still involved it's just more in a 'juicy grape to shrivelled raisin' type of analogy ;)

Do you think Barbie owns any sweatpants? Not those Lululemons 'cause they're hot but those grey or black unisex ones with the elastic waistband and tight ankle? I'd like to see her looking like this in those!

Thanks for popping in and please don't be afraid to comment, as Frasier would say "I'm listening..."

Have you been Kissed by the Sun or Charred?

The summer sun is always eager to bake half naked pasty white folk who prance around beaches, backyards and pools without sun protection. Which, sadly sums up this former sun babies history in a nutshell. Have you indulged in this same guilty pleasure? Is your body sun kissed, healthy and a sexy version of the human form or a sun blazoned, partially charred rather odd looking version of the human form?!

Notice how the outer skin on both the human the the pig are shiny, wrinkled, shrivelled and dry!

Magda from the movie There's Something About Mary

I'm a fair skinned, blonde haired, blue eyed blonde loaded with freckles, in other words a sun magnet so, as of the past couple of years my 'All in Moderation' concept for food, is also used to manipulate my contact with the sun. Somewhat like controlled sun deprivation, by choice...I guess I get it, I finally get it! Wanting to get your glow on and getting some vitamin D is okay, even necessary but, chasing a beyond lustrous tan that borders on you resembling dinner is simply unhealthy!

So, are you pro SPF? Pro shade? Bring on the sun? Fake n' bake? Spray on tan? How to you get your glow on (the all age friendly version only please ;)

p.s. outside the context of this post and the 'human to pig' comparison, a pig roast is delicious. Please, don't hold anything against the pig! If you aren't into that, watch the kind of old (but not nearly as old as me) movie called There's Something About Mary, that oughta put a smile on that pretty face of yours!

Here's why Men & Women Differ! (Male & Female Brains)

Why didn't teachers just sum it up like this in Biology class? It would have proven to be just as useful!?

Please note: I'm funny but, not funny enough to make this up ;) ...visit funny.com for more chuckles!

I Needed an Unedible Treat - Shopping for Moi!

At the sweet age of 40, I've finally realized an important thing about money management...if I don't leave the house, I don't spend money! Plain and simple and booorriing!!! But, sometimes a girl just needs to treat herself to some frivolous spending regardless. There's no 'brand' names in this pile of summer goodies but the retail therapy still gave me the ahhhhh, factor!

For under $120 I was able to get an awesome little green and white monokini swimsuit, a pair of green thong sandals with a 1 1/2 heel, cuffed denim capris with cute pocket details, a hippie chic sundress and two flowing yet clingy floral tops.

I'm loving the colours of summer 2010 but, that's all the shopping for me until I go on vacay in July!

p.s. my iPhone and I are just getting to know each other so my pics don't all reflect the true colours, I hope to improve ;)

p.s. Everything came from Suzy Shier except the swimsuit which I picked up at Wal-Mart. Be forewarned; if you want to buy the same sandals in a neutral colour (white, black, silver) rather than green, pink or blue, they'll cost ya double!! The sales lady basically told me the neutral sandals, that women want, are more expensive...bogus pricing strategy, Fthat!! I'll just take the coloured pair thanks!!

Thanks for visiting and please feel free to comment.

Movie Review - New Moon

Welcome to What Wrinkles? Movie Review

Some movies are worth the watch, while others fall flat and disappoint.

Here's what I think about ...

New Moon
What Wrinkles? Movie Review...3 out of 5!

Fantasy, romance, drama, teen drama released in November 2009
Starring - Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Billy Burke, Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Russell Roberts, Cam Gigandet, Michael Sheen, Jamie Campbell Bower....

This whole vampire vs. werewolf love story/series has had me hooked from the first novel and then movie, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed and considered an easy read and a good watch. Then I got into book two which was very boring not unlike the second movie. Editing and condensing comes to my mind, thinking they probably didn't need that many novels and movies to explain this story ;) Some of the graphics and slow motion scenes were a bit lame and the script too. I loved watching Edward in the first movie but now he, or 'his character', seems a little full of himself. Will I still watch part 3 and 4 you ask? Hell ya!...

...I'm still torn between the Cullen's and the Werewolves but have no desire to read the third or fourth novel to find out what happens. I'll just wait until the movies get released and take it from there.

Who's do you think is right for Bella; Edward or Jacob? ...her life seems happier and more relaxed with Jacob yet clearly her passions lay with her first love, the blood sucker, so we'll see!
